SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Domestic 

  • All domestic orders will be sent via Australia Post. Standard domestic shipping (within Australia) is estimated to take 2-7 business days. Express domestic shipping is estimated to take 1-3 business days.

International

  • All international orders will be sent via standard shipping with Australia Post. This is estimated to take 10-20 days. 

  • Please be aware that our customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.

Delivery 

  • Sun Diaries is not responsible once the goods have been picked up by the postal courier. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect entry of address details, shipment delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by the postal courier. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact the courier directly.
